Terms & Conditions
Defining the legal framework of your healthcare journey in Kerala.
Legal Agreement
This agreement ensures a secure and transparent experience for international patients seeking medical excellence and spiritual rejuvenation in Kerala.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using 'Heal in Kerala', you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform serves as the digital gateway for the Kerala Medical Value Travel Society (KMVTS), facilitating access to the 'Kerala Model' of healthcare with integrity and transparency.
2. User Accounts & Admin Verification
To access personalized treatment plans and travel coordination, users must create an account. For the safety of our medical network, all account sign-ups require verification by our administrative team. Admin approval is mandatory before users can access sensitive medical documents, finalize travel bookings, or view flight and payment details.
3. Scope of Services
Heal in Kerala manages the 'Seamless Ecosystem of Care', including:
• Travel & Visa Assistance (M-Visa & AY-1 Visa facilitation)
• Customized Treatment Planning (Tele-consultations & Second opinions)
• Concierge & Logistics (Airport transfers, equipment rental, and language interpretation)
• Accommodation & Recovery (Hospital suites and Ayur Diamond certified resorts)
• Wellness & Holistic Plans (Authentic Ayurveda and Panchakarma).
4. Medical Disclaimer
The platform provides access to world-class JCI and NABH accredited facilities but does not directly provide medical advice. All clinical decisions, treatment protocols, and surgical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the respective healthcare providers (e.g., Believers Hospital, Amrita Hospital). Clinical teams bridge the gap before travel, but final treatment durations are confirmed only after physical assessment upon arrival.
5. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
• Reservations are confirmed against an advance payment.
• Users can track all payments and transaction history via their verified dashboard.
• Free cancellation is typically permitted if made 30 days prior to the date of admission.
• Refund processing timelines are subject to international banking protocols.
6. Visa & Legal Compliance
We facilitate documentation for Medical (M-Visa) and Ayush (AY-1) Visas. However, issuance is at the sole discretion of the Government of India. We are not liable for travel delays caused by embassy processing or visa rejections. All AYUSH treatments adhere to the Kerala Department of Tourism's classification system (Diamond, Gold, and Silver).
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate medical history, valid travel documents, and timely payments. Any misrepresentation of medical facts during sign-up or tele-consultation may lead to account suspension or denial of treatment by the healthcare provider.
